AGTEK A simple solution for earthworks contractors to win and deliver projects with Gareth Price

Winning work, reducing carbon emissions and delivering projects on time and on budget are all challenges faced particularly by small to medium-sized earthworks contractors across the globe. And AGTEK has been supporting those businesses, particularly in the USA, for decades. More recently, the solution has been brought to the UK with an experienced industry specialist and a good friend of Peter Haddock's now joining the team - Gareth Edwards.

 Peter caught up with Gareth at Bauma 2022 to get his take on the software and how it is already making a difference in the UK. Gareth: "There are many individuals that play a part in the success of an earthworks project.

They include those winning a job at the tender stage to earthworks designers, engineers, quantity surveyors, site managers and those groundworkers, including machine operators responsible for its delivery. And this is why AGTEK is so useful.

 "In America, they have called it a Dirt Simple Solution because it's very straightforward to use at every stage, and we have already seen some early adopter contractors in the UK using it very successfully." Peter has already visited one of those contractors, Rob Morris Groundworks, to talk about how they are using AGTEK, and he intends to go back to the project they started working on in 2022 later this year for an update.
