A huge congratulations to Patrick, who was crowned the Cat Global Operator Challenge winner last week at the amazing Caterpillar arena housed in Conexpo 2023. He was one of 5,500 competitors to participate in the competition involving 77 Cat dealers spread across 32 countries. As well as the trophy, he also wins a trip for two to a location of his choice where Caterpillar has one of its worldwide production facilities. Here Patrick talks to Lucas Haddock about what it feels like to win and gives some advice to people looking to join the industry.
