Introducing the launch episode of our brand new 'Discovering the Power of Perkins' series hosted by Peter Haddock In this video, Peter takes an exclusive behind the scenes visit to the Perkins Engines Company Limited Europe Research and Development Centre in Peterborough, where he caught up with Engineering Manager and amazing guide, Ryan Connor. Ryan takes him on a journey around the facility, which incorporates a visit to the cold chamber at -40 degrees, the quiet noise chamber, and the emissions testing lab (all covered in future episodes). In this edition, Ryan explains what goes into the design, testing and manufacturing processes as the Perkins team uses the latest technologies to develop and manufacture a whole range of engines. Peter: "It's been an amazing journey of discovery so far, and I am so pleased that I will be able to share it with you all over the coming months."
