Golz showcased its 4 8kW BattPak 5048 weather proof battery at the Executive Hire Show

Peter Haddock caught up with Frank Andrews on the Innovation Trail to find out more.

Peter: “The BattPak is definitely built for the hire industry as it's a solid unit with lots of power and charging options for its lithium-iron phosphate battery, which has a 5 year warranty.

“It is IP67 rated, which means it could be submerged in water for a short time.

I wouldn't recommend doing it, but as Frank explains, the product is designed for harsh site conditions and can even be charged using an EV car charger connection.”
