Instagrid wins Plantworx 2025 award for portable power

At the show, Peter Haddock caught up with Matt O’ Hara from Instagrid, who was proudly holding the Alternative Power Innovation Highly Commended Award, to find out more.

Matt: “We’ve brought to market a suite of portable power solutions specifically designed for the construction sector.

“Our award winning Instagrid GO is a 110 volt solution, designed to power all the necessary tools needed for construction and infrastructure projects.

“It delivers high peak power, clean, noise free energy, and does it all sustainably.”

• Rated output power - 3.6 kW (16 A)
• Peak power output - 18 kW (80 A)
• Rated energy capacity - 2.1 kWh
• Weight - 21 kg
• Grid like power - generating a pure AC sine wave.

Matt: “We also have the Instagrid ONE, which is a 230V solution, and the Instagrid Link, which is a 230V and 110V system.

“So there are different options for end users looking for a rugged, fanless solution with no exhaust emissions and plenty of power for a full shift.”
