We found the UK's first Develon DD130 Dozer fitted with Leica Geosystems 3D Machine Control by One Point Survey Equipment at the Cornwall Show.

And Robert Elliott joined Peter Haddock on the Kellands Plant Sales stand to talk him through the install and the benefits of machine control for dozer operators.

Rob explained how the dozer can be used to collect as-built data, sharing it through the Leica ConX cloud-based software using the GPS network. And another benefit for the operator is that they can put offsets into the model straight from the tablet.

We think we know who will be buying the machine, so expect to see a site visit with Peter Haddock in the future.
