Lucas Haddock caught up with Tilly at the JCB Kevin Quarry, and they explored her exciting journey as an apprentice. Now in her third year of a degree apprenticeship, Tilly has taken on a variety of roles, from marketing to project management and even being part of the large excavator team.

Tilly shared with Lucas, 'I wasn't keen on attending university full-time. I wasn't interested in it because I wanted to get into a business and learn how they work, and JCB gave me the perfect opportunity to do that.' As an apprentice himself, Lucas was thrilled to connect with Tilly and discover her diverse experiences.
