Bringing a tunnel into the Highways UK show using the vGIS app

Peter Haddock tests out the vGIS Inc. augmented reality app on the Leica Geosystems part of Hexagon stand 207 with technology specialist Darius Mirdamadi from MGISS.

The vGIS app works with the FLX100 and GGO4 GNSS antennas from Leica Geosystems to achieve high levels of accuracy. 

And the great thing about the app is that it takes survey data and visualises it very simply for any user to take advantage of.

So take a look at the tunnel and other utilities surveyed at the Leica Geosystems School in Shropshire and brought into the NEC.

It's pretty cool stuff.
