Digitising the rental sector

"Every rental business has a different approach to equipment, service, support and even its people offering. That's why it's important when adopting a digital rental ERP system that the onboarding process is done correctly."

That was the message from Erik Kofman-Burns, Head of Customer Success for Infobric, when Peter Haddock met him in Stockholm to talk about its ERP solution rollout in the UK, led by Dave White.

Eric added: "When someone decides to partner with us, we start by understanding their specific needs, whether they’re coming from pen and paper or a legacy system. Getting the data right is our priority so they can hit the ground running.”

“And our customers aren’t just sitting in an office. They’re out on job sites, managing projects. So, having mobile access to our system is critical to keeping everything in sync, no matter where they are and what role they have.

"Because everything is on one platform, real-time updates on equipment availability, deliveries right through to invoicing are all made available to the right people and clients.”

"Ultimately, going digital is about having one version of the truth that helps you to build relationships and grow your business through streamlined, data-driven operations.”

Peter added: “And I can attest to what Eric is saying from a recent visit I did with Aaron Walsh and Melissa Bundy of UK rental specialist Falcon Plant Ltd.”
