Caterpillar Inc. introduces its new Cat 140 Motor Grader at bauma Peter Haddock caught up with Pablo R. dos Santos, its product expert, to find out more.
Pablo: “We’re bringing this machine with a front blade, which helps clean up spaces and knock down piles. It’s one of the key new features. “Adding this means you can clear the path faster, which makes final grading easier and less effort intensive.”
When it comes to operator comfort and visibility, the cab is angled, and we have joystick controls that boost operator capability.
Of course, the seat is also very comfortable.
“Visibility wise, the operator can see both ends of the blade clearly, which gives real productivity gains which are supported by our powerful twin turbo engine.”
