Influencer Amanda Korsgaard talks about being a Cat equipment mechanic

Influencers are changing the way people see our industry, and it's great to see.

In our final influencer mini-series Peter Haddock catches up with Amanda Korsgaard. She is hands down the most passionate and engaging equipment mechanic influencer Peter has met to date.

 Working for Caterpillar dealer Pon Equipment & Pon Rental Norway AS, Amanda shares her work on social media under the handle @gulbloggen.

Peter and Amanda met last year at the Caterpillar Global Operator European Final, and she spent time talking to him about her journey and even managed to get Peter on her own Instagram live broadcast from the event.

If we want to have an inclusive sector that's for everyone, no matter who they are, we need to support people like Amanda and share her story with others.

Similarly, we need to do the same for the other influencers in our mini-series, namely Ugo Boillat, @Big_Machinery on Instagram, and Lana Edwards @tracklass1 on Instagram.

And there are many more influencers out there all over the world, some of which Peter hopes to meet at Conexpo very soon, and no doubt the mini-series might turn into a rather larger series.
