LiuGong showcase first all electric Motor Grader at Bauma with its growing large electric fleet

With a BIG fleet of electric machines at bauma, and its own charging and battery solutions LuiGong can now deliver a complete electric site.

Peter Haddock caught up with Harry Mellor at the show, where they also celebrated over 8,500 electric machine sales globally. Harry: “With our new Motor Grader, we now have the largest big electric range in the world, and this year, we will be capable of delivering a fully electric solution for mining and quarrying, which is very exciting.

 “We are also showcasing excavators with factory-fitted features like tilting and high-rise cabs, with straight booms configurations for different applications like demolition and waste handling. "And all of these machines are supported by our new tailored charging ecosystem and new battery solutions with 300kW charging. “Later this year, we will also introduce battery swapping, where customers can do this in just 3 minutes.

Beyond our machines, our new modular battery pack system will offer power from 70kW to 709kW with 93% of external wiring removed. “These batteries are designed specifically for construction machinery and surpass vibration standards by 300%, coming with a 5 year or 10,000 hour warranty, with machines already in the field with over 15,000 hours worked."
