Peter Haddock met Brendan a while ago on a big site the company successfully won using the specialist earthworks software from AGTEK and the project is now close to completion.

So it was great for them to catch up recently at the UK's first AGTEK community user group held at the Leica Geosystems 'The School' to find out how the business continues growing.

Talking about the event, Brendan added: “As one of the UK’s first users of AGTEK, to come to an event like this and learn about the roadmap of additional innovations coming down the line is brilliant.

“It was also great to share our experiences with other users and see how they use the software, as we can all learn from each other.”

Peter added: “What was good about catching up with Brendan for me was how I could see the journey the business has been going on and the impact it has had on the time and resources invested in digitalising the business by doing things differently.

“This is why I am looking forward to doing more journey-based content. As I believe it’s important to understand what technology can enable and, for example, what a new machine can ultimately deliver to the bottom line.

“So expect to see more user-led journeys from me in the future.”
