Bell Autonomous Truck loaded by the Hitachi ZX530 7 quarry spec excavator at Hillhead

Bell Equipment UK Autonomous Truck in action at Hillhead - International quarrying, construction + recycling show in partnership with technology specialist xtonomy.

The Bell Equipment Mining & Construction B40E Articulated Dump Truck was fed by the Hitachi Construction Machinery (UK) ZX530-7 quarry spec excavator in the main demo area.

As you will see in a clip in this video, it was working fully autonomously and has been in operation for some months in the UK on a real site with Chepstow Plant International Ltd.

The truck was part of a big Bell stand celebrating its 70th anniversary at the show. Due to the truck being in a live show environment, a safety operator was placed in the cab.
