Moasure Motion Based Measurement at Conexpo 2023

Barry Fitzgerald talks to Peter Haddock about the 'Moasure One' device and app at Conexpo 2023. It allows users to complete simple 3D models using clever Motion Based Measurement technology, all housed in a tiny device.

It basically tracks its position, capturing distances, angles, elevations and gradients as it’s moved around a job site. This information is then recorded in the app, producing a 3D accurate model of the site.

To capture the right amount of detail, a fixed reading needs to be taken every 6 seconds, which is prompted by the device, as you will see in this video. It can even walk through walls with settings that determine a straight line through a structure.

Moasure was part of the UK Department of Business and Trade stand at Conexpo, supporting businesses to bring technologies and solutions to a global audience.
