Prinoth launches Panther T23R rotating crawler carrier powered by a Cat engine

Prinoth Panther T23R rotating crawler carrier is both huge and powerful.

To find out more about this Caterpillar C7.1 engine powered machine, Peter Haddock spoke to product specialist Frank Gang.

Frank: “When we were developing something this large, we had to look at how much power we needed to move the machine itself and the 20.500 kg payload.

“We completely redesigned the undercarriage, and together with the engineering team at Caterpillar, we optimised the power package to deliver speeds of up to 10.9 mph over difficult ground conditions.”

“The result is a machine that can get into tight and soft spaces, with very low ground pressure.

“This means customers can move large volumes of material in difficult environments all around the world that other machines just can’t. All with the backup of our team and the Caterpillar dealer network.”

Some key stats:

  • Payload - 20,500 kg
